Returns

Can I return an item I have purchased from you?

Yes, you can. Please visit our RETURNS & EXCHANGE page for further details.

Do I have to pay to return an item?

We offer free standard returns for orders within the UK. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I return an item?

Do you offer exchanges?

SCH London does not offer an exchange policy. Please return the unwanted item/s and then visit www.schfitnesslondon.com to submit a new order.

How do I check on the status of my returned item?

We will email you to let you know your parcel has been received and that your refund has been processed.

What should I do if I get a faulty item?

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please email us at return@schfitnesslondon.com so that we can sort this out for you.

In your email please include your order number, and an image of the fault along with a short description of the issue. Once we have established that an item is faulty, we will offer you a full refund. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered to be a fault.

Orders

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched, with your tracking number and a link to the tracking website.

Do I need to sign for my order?

A signature isn’t required upon delivery of your order. Please note that if your order can´t be delivered, our delivery partners will leave a delivery note with instructions informing you how to rearrange delivery or collect your products from a local depot. If after a failed delivery, you do not re-arrange delivery as directed on the delivery note, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for any extra delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we will have the product returned to us and will refund you for the cost of the product less any extra delivery costs.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Amex, Union Pay and Diners Club.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

In some cases, more stock will be added later in the season so we will let you know if it becomes available again by subscribing to our emails and following us on social media.

Delivery

What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery charges vary depending on destination and on how fast you would like your order to be delivered to you. For more detailed information please see our DELIVERY page.

Do you deliver worldwide?

We deliver to numerous countries but if your country is absent at checkout, contact us at hello@schfitnesslondon.com to explore potential delivery options.

Do you offer express delivery

An express delivery option is available for all orders.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Although at the moment we don’t offer gift wrapping, during festive seasons such as Christmas this option could be available. Just drop us an email at hello@schfitnesslondon.com and we will confirm with you if gift wrapping is currently available and if you also wish to include a customised message.
