Complete the return form that you can download HERE and ensure it is included in the return package.

Customers will need to organise and pay for their own postage label and confirm that the item(s) are packaged adequately.

SCH London will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable delivery charges or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving the return. It usually requires around 10 business days to process the refund, depending on your banking institution.
We offer international returns within 28 days of purchase for a flat rate of £10.00. Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs will be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer an exchange policy. We recommend following the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.schfitnesslondon.com to submit a new order for your new items.

What if my return is damaged or lost in transit?
SCH London is not liable for lost or damaged returns. Adequately package your return items and international customers should opt for a reliable shipping company that offers proof of payment and a tracking number.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued through the original payment method, usually within 10 working days, based on your bank's procedures. An email will be sent once we have received your return and processed the refund. Contact us at returns@schfitnesslondon.com for additional support.
How do I return a faulty item?
In the rare occasion of receiving a faulty item, email us at returns@schfitnesslondon.com with your order number, a fault image, and a brief description. Once we confirm the fault, you'll be refunded in full. Keep in mind, regular wear and tear is not considered a fault.
Do you offer a return for postage and delivery charges?
Refunds for postage or delivery charges are only applicable for faulty items.
